Andrea and John are hands on Directors and are actively involved in the daily management of the whole Asset Reports group.
Andrea has been nominated for the Telstra Business Woman of the Year award for achievements in the industry and Asset Reports remains the market leader for Real Estate outsourcing. Previously a Residential Property Manager and Trust Accountant, Andrea perused her dream of establishing a property services outsourcing business, in 2007. Here, in 2017, Andrea celebrates a decade of owning a business which has grown to proudly be able to employ over 40 Australians.
With a marketing degree and accounting degree, John also comes with a wealth of experience gained from 15 years in the global businesses in which he’s worked all over the world, including Glencore, BHP and IBM. Together, Andrea and John look after the company and it’s 40 staff ensuring the foundation principles of quality and reliability remain at the core of the service Asset Reports is known for.
HAYLEY JAMES | EMMA BENNETT
We have a skilfully strong Management Team at Asset Reports who report to the Directors and manage over 40 full-time staff. General Manager, Hayley James has been working alongside Andrea for over 4 years and oversees the Property Condition Report (PCR) aspect of the Company. She comes from a Real Estate background and her skills are imperative to this role. She ensures all new Staff members go on a 3-6 month intensive training program which firstly involves understanding the legalities behind our Reporting, the nature of the business, the Industry itself and why it is that we do what we do, and the level of detail in which it is done. Hayley deals with all our Clients whether they have appointed us permanently as a solution to their Agency or ad-hoc and builds a great rapport with these Clients. She manages the bookings and scheduling, focuses on the training and staff quality control. Emma Gibson assists in all day-to-day duties, concentrating on the quality control of the Routine Inspection (RI) aspect of the Company. Emma, currently on maternity leave provides full training and knows each clients’ requests extensively when it comes to Routines. Emma has come from both Real Estate (Senior Property Management) and Government-based industries and her skills are unparalleled for this role.

At Asset Reports, we provide a full 3-6 month traineeship for our experienced and also new staff who come on board for a career as a on road consultant for Commercial/Residential Property Condition Reports. Throughout this process, we train the staff to know the different requirements of our clients and understand the requirements of the most important document in any lease. They are trained to produce reports which are heavily focused on the written words so that in the worst-case scenario, their reports will hold up in court. They have high levels of attention to detail and they are dedicated to producing reports and photography to the highest standards.

Here at Asset Reports, each of our Consultants has a Property Portfolio that is assigned to them each month. This same Consultant is assigned to that same Agency each month to build a strong relationship with that Property Manager and become familiar with the properties inspected as if it was their own rent role. Responsibility and thorough reporting is what we pride ourselves on. Asset Reports takes care of the scheduling of the routines per month, with dates and times for the Property Manager to advise their tenants. The Consultant and Property Manager work extremely closely over this period, from scheduling the routine inspections down to any urgent feedback at the end of the day. Asset Reports supply a detailed, “unbiased” report in an editable format, outlining the condition of the home as we inspected it on the day and provide extensive photos of any damages or concerns to the home aswell as overall photos.

Nadia holds the Quality Control Management position in our company over looking the Quality Control area at Asset Reports. Our Quality Controllers review each and every report. They play a crucial role in enabling Asset Reports to deliver consistently high quality reports to our clients and they are a big part of why so many of our clients trust and rely on Asset Reports to do their PCR’s.

We have a team of typists who not only type, but are responsible for creating exceptional quality reports for our clients. The typists are focused on customer service and are constantly improving our processes to deliver reports that exceed our clients expectations.
Hannah is the creative mind behind everything we print and publish. Upon finishing her university studies with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Graphic Design, she started here with us looking after all of the in house graphic design and web marketing, as well as making customised brochures for our clients.
Melati is in charge of our accounts administration throughout the Property Condition Report side of the business. She has been with us for a couple of years and has a degree in accounting from Curtin University.
