Andrea is the Founder and Director of the Asset Reports group and is involved in the day-to-day operation of the business across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth.

Since 2007 she has grown the business to include Quantity Surveying, Residential and Commercial Reporting, 3D Virtual Tours, Drone Imagery, Strata 10 Year Plans and a Paperless reporting solution called Reports Online.

Andrea spends her spare time as a Mentor at Kaleidoscope, an award-winning program connecting skilled newcomers with mentors in their professional field.

John is a Director of the Asset Reports group, he oversees all departments across Western Australia, New South Wales, and Victoria.

John joined Asset Reports in 2015. Before this, he worked for global companies such as Glencore, BHP, and IBM. 

John holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in accounting.

His knowledge and experience in both areas help Asset Reports identify clients’ needs and provide them with the best products and service possible.

Kristian is Asset Reports Principal of Tax Depreciation, an industry he has worked in for more than a decade.

Kristian manages the Quantity Surveying Departments across Western Australia, New South Wales, and Victoria. In addition, he is responsible for the education and training of our clients on the various advantages of claiming Tax Depreciation.

Kristian is a passionate investor himself and has helped thousands of our client investors maximise their tax refunds by identifying the available deductions.

Before this, Tom spent 2019 working in the Lower North Shore of Sydney, where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of residential properties.

Tom is a highly sought-after television presenter and keynote speaker. His expertise in 3D Virtual Tour technology will see Asset Reports expand its reach beyond Real Estate.

Property Condition Report Consultants

At Asset Reports, we are committed to providing our team with the necessary training and support to become experts in their field. Our 3-6 month traineeship program is available to both experienced and new staff who join our team as On-Road Consultants for Residential and Commercial Property Condition Reports.

Throughout this comprehensive training program, our team is taught to understand each client's preferences and the critical document requirements for any lease. We ensure that our consultants have the knowledge and expertise necessary to produce reports of the highest quality that can withstand the scrutiny of a court of law if needed.

Routine Inspection Consultants

We value building strong relationships with Property Managers to ensure that we provide the best service possible. Our consultants are assigned a property portfolio, allowing them to become familiar with the properties and the Property Managers.

To ensure a smooth inspection process, we create a schedule each month, providing dates and times for the Property Manager to advise their tenants. Throughout the inspection period, the Consultant and Property Manager work closely, maintaining the routine schedule and communicating any urgent feedback daily.

We understand the importance of providing detailed and unbiased reports to our clients. That's why we supply a comprehensive report in an editable format, outlining the home's condition as we inspected it on the day. Our reports include extensive photos of any damages or concerns to the house, as well as overall photos of each room. By providing this level of detail, we ensure that our clients are fully informed about the condition of their properties.
