We just wanted to share a few keys things we are doing to help you and your clients stay safe, be more efficient, and generate additional income in these uncertain times.
Asset Reports is complying with all the advice from the Federal Govt and Health Officials regarding the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation.
We can assure our clients that we have proactively enforced the 14 day voluntary quarantine period for anyone who has travelled overseas well before the official advice came into effect.
Furthermore, all our site inspectors are working exclusively from home and do not come into the office at the end of the day. This will minimise the risks to our staff and ensure we can continue to service our clients for our site inspection work.
Additional protections such as abundant hand sanitisation, using disposable gloves to handle keys, and maintaining social distancing when speaking to clients or tenants.
We are fortunate to have adopted the 3D Virtual Tour technology to help our clients continue to list properties, particularly for sellers concerned about having unknown people entering their homes and also showcasing the properties to buyers and tenants in a safe environment so agents can better qualify leads and minimise exposure to COVID-19.
We are also accelerating the implementation of our Paperless PCR solution called Reports Online to further minimise the risks associated with client contact at this time.

We have quickly adopted an alternative to physical site inspections using Video Conferencing. As more people start to work from home or self-isolate, we completely understand that conducting a face-to-face routine inspection may not be as feasible as it normally would be. As such we have created a way to conduct these inspections virtually using ZOOM.
We are happy to share our methodology with you or alternatively you can outsource these inspections to us if you don’t have the staff available to do them yourselves.
Reports Online
We’re accelerating the launch of Reports Online and will make it free for at least 6 months – Reports Online is a simple to use Paperless PCR system designed specifically to minimise time on-site and allows for the Reports to be typed back in the office or offshore.
