Asset Reports partner Tom N Williams and Caitlin Dennis were fortunate attendees of WIRE (Women in Real Estate) 2021 – held at Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf, Sydney, on March 10 to coincide with International Women's Day.

Wire conference is one of the real estate industry's key events for professional development. This year's event focused on 'reflecting on your life, redefining your journey and relaunching yourself with double the force.'

The event was a sell-out with more than 300 women (and men) from real estate and associated industries travelling from all over Australia to hear from key speakers.

Grace Tame, Manal al-Sharif, Kitty Parker, Peter Matthews, Imogen Callister, Leanne Pilkington (to name a few) spoke on the topic of resilience and what it meant to them.

REINSW President and WIRE 2021 host Leanne Pilkington asked audience members to;

“Think about what you need to be saying yes to," and "Think how you can challenge yourself, what you can do and not what you can't do. Just say yes, you never know where you will end up."

The WIRE conference is the most inspirational and motivational female empowerment event of the year and strives to engage, inspire, and empower women to take their careers to the next level.

This year REINSW partnered with Dignity, a charity that looks at homelessness a little differently than most.
